March 23, 2020 | Andy The team at The Official Red Dwarf Fan Club always strives to make Dimension Jump the very best it can be and we know how important it is to so many people, many of whom travel from around the world to attend. We always put the health, safety and wellbeing of our attendees and guests at the forefront of everything we plan. Having monitored the situation around the Coronavirus pandemic over the past few weeks, we have taken the difficult decision to postpone Dimension Jump XXI until early next year. We know this may be disappointing to many, particularly those who have made complicated travel arrangements to be there, but we want to make sure that attendees and guests can enjoy the event without the fear of infection and isolation. Dimension Jump XXI will now take place from 5th-7th February 2021. If you have already purchased your weekend passes for the previous dates, these will be valid for the new dates so you do not need to do anything. If you are unable to attend the new dates, a full refund is available to you by contacting the team at email@example.com before Sunday 31st May. Any cancellations after this date will be subject to our usual cancellation T&Cs. If you have booked to stay at the Crowne Plaza using the Dimension Jump allocation of rooms, your booking will automatically transfer over to the new dates. You should receive a confirmation email from the hotel within the next few weeks. If you have not received a confirmation email by mid-May, please get in touch with the Crowne Plaza to confirm your reservation. If you have booked your accommodation outside of our allocation, you will need to contact the Crowne Plaza to change your reservation. Similarly, if you can no longer attend and need to cancel your reservation, please contact the hotel. The hotel has extended their cancellation period until the end of May.
